Includes 24–28 hours of programming
6–12 faculty, including guest speakers
Structured leadership training program for decision-makers to determine next steps for their organization with regard to a broad strategic question or context (e.g. climate).
- Lectures/presentations on current trends, risk factors, new research
- Workshops for strategic planning or designing a long-term pilot projects
Includes offsite excursion, welcome reception, and sightseeing
Includes hospitality for participants: hotel, local transportation, catering, as well as hospitality for guest speakers (flight, hotel)
