IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES

Our in-person formats are available in varying durations.

THE EXECUTIVE ACADEMY

5 days in person (at Fletcher or on location)

 

  • Ideal for cohorts of 24–36 executives•

  • Includes 24–28 hours of programming

  • 6–12 faculty, including guest speakers

  • Structured leadership training program for decision-makers to determine next steps for their organization with regard to a broad strategic question or context (e.g. climate).

    • ​Lectures/presentations on current    trends, risk factors, new research

    • Workshops for strategic planning or  designing a long-term pilot projects

  • Includes offsite excursion, welcome reception, and sightseeing

  • Includes hospitality for participants: hotel, local transportation, catering, as well as hospitality for guest speakers (flight, hotel)

THE FOCUSED LEADERSHIP RETREAT

1-2 days in person (at Fletcher or on location)

  • Ideal for cohorts of 10–18 executives

  • 8–15 hours of programming

  • 2–4 faculty

  • High-touch consulting with 2–3 select faculty members

    • Workshops on strategic planning

  • May include stakeholder meetings or additional events

  • Includes hotel, local transportation and catering

THE EXPANDED LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

1-2 days on Fletcher Campus

  • Ideal for cohorts of 30–50 executives or stakeholders

  • 8–15 hours of programming

  • 6–10 faculty and guest speakers

  • Convening of a professional community to address a high priority issue

    • ​Presentations on current trends, risk factors, new research

    • Networking opportunities for participants

    • Opportunities for participants to      present current work

  • Welcome reception, may including hosting high-profile local officials​

    • Includes catering – Hotel is optional; this option is suited for local partners or for convening diverse communities which may prefer independent accommodation

IMMERSIVE ONLINE LEARNING

An accessible, adaptive approach to lifelong learning 

SYNCHRONOUS ONLINE TRAINING

4–8 weeks on a topic (16–32 hours of learning)

  • 1 faculty lead, may include 3–4 guests

  • Ideal for cohorts of 12–24 people, maximum 40 per training unit

  • Designed to offer a deep dive on a specific issue with high-touch training by an expert

  • Includes weekly seminar meetings with faculty, readings, activities, and a final project to apply learning to real-world work
