    We invite you to Fletcher for a week of immersive learning that allows for lasting transformation. Our executive academies combine deep dives into new technical areas with leadership development and collaborative problem-solving, allowing cohorts to imagine innovative solutions and create strategies for a new long-term vision. Ideal for cohorts of 22-26, also available for large cohorts (max 48) 5 days on the Fletcher campus* 26 hours of training, typically Monday-Friday Curriculum developed by faculty with expertise in your target learning area Just-in-time training on key technical topics Hands-on workshops on leadership and strategic planning Interactive learning with case studies, simulations, and site visits Includes half-day excursion for learning or sightseeing (customized) Includes local accommodation in 3+ star hotels, daytime catering, and local transportation * The Fletcher School is part of Tufts University, and our programs can take place on Tufts' lush green campus, in downtown Boston, or in Tufts' international campus in Talloires, France.

    The Strategic Retreat is a unique format that combines the transformative learning of a training program with the high-touch support of consulting services, designed for a small group of executives to work through a complex challenge. Our faculty work with you to analyze your internal challenges, provide training on critical leadership skills or policy areas, and develop solutions for the future.     Let Fletcher come to you! Our faculty travel extensively and look forward to creating a week of immersive learning at your location. Executive academies combine deep dives into new technical areas with leadership development and collaborative problem-solving, allowing cohorts to imagine innovative solutions and create strategies for a new long-term vision. Ideal for cohorts of 18-24, also available for large cohorts (max 48). International location (typically at client campus or affiliate site) 26 hours of training, typically Monday-Friday Dedicated team of 2-4 faculty available throughout the week Curriculum developed by faculty with expertise in your target learning area Just-in-time training on key technical topics Hands-on workshops on leadership and strategic planning Interactive learning with case studies, simulations, and coaching To provide excellence in our service, Global Executive Academies require a local partner to collaborate on program logistics, which may be the client, a preferred partner or vendor recommended by the client, or a third-party procured by Fletcher.

    The Global Diplomacy Institute is a strategic retreat for experienced diplomacy professionals, who are in the mid-to-senior career level, and who are looking to advance and hone their leadership capabilities. The curriculum will support you to build nuanced skills in strategic vision, leading change, and navigating complex global contexts, all of which are critical for success in a senior or decision-making role. We recognize that each country has a unique approach to diplomatic training and professional development, and that parameters like age, years of experience, and position title may vary widely across the globe. Therefore, we take a holistic approach to reviewing applications. While the program is designed for diplomats, it is a unique training opportunity for those who must provide diplomatic leadership in a variety of contexts, such as multilateral organizations.     5 days of faculty-led programming, including keynote presentations, hands-on workshops, case studies, individual or group feedback, and local excursions. 5 nights of accommodation at a 3.5+ star hotel 5 days of daytime dining, including breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during the program 2 dinner receptions, including a welcome dinner and a networking reception engaging the consular community of Boston Certificate of completion from Fletcher
